Cancellation policy.

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change your appointment. If that happens, please let me know as soon as you can so we can reschedule your session.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no fee.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t attend, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply to the card details provided in your booking.

This policy isn’t about being strict – it’s to help keep sessions available for everyone who needs them and to honour the time I’ve set aside just for you.
